Stats
See how your newsletters perform.
What we track
The stats page shows emails sent, opens, clicks, and subscriber counts over time. You'll see both totals and 30-day trends.
Below the summary, you'll find a table of all your sent newsletters with their individual stats. Sort by date, opens, or clicks to find your best (or worst) performers. Use pagination to browse through older sends.
Key rates:
- Open rate — opens ÷ recipients. 20-40% is typical, 40%+ is great.
- Click rate — clicks ÷ recipients. 2-5% is typical.
- Click-to-open — clicks ÷ opens. Shows how engaging your content is once someone opens.
Improving your numbers
Low opens: Test different subject lines. Experiment with send times. Make sure your from name is recognizable.
Low clicks: Make your call-to-action clearer. Put important links higher in the email. Shorter emails often perform better.
High unsubscribes: You might be sending too often, or the content doesn't match what people signed up for.
How tracking works
Opens are tracked with a tiny invisible image. Some email clients block these, so your real open rate is probably higher than reported. Clicks are tracked by briefly routing links through our servers before redirecting.
